The app is crashing or freezing

Try force-closing the app (double-tap Home button or swipe up → swipe away the app) and reopening. If it continues, email me with your device details — I’ll fix it quickly.

I purchased Pro but features are still locked

Tap the "Restore Purchases" button (if available) or restart the app. If it still doesn’t work, email me — I’ll resolve it manually.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → find the app → Cancel Subscription. It will remain active until the end of the current period.

Why do I see ads?

Ads keep the apps free for everyone. You can remove them permanently by upgrading to Pro (one-time unlock across devices).

Location permission is required (Tower Locator)

The app needs your location to show nearby cell towers accurately. You can deny it — the map will still work with manual search.

Can I request a new feature?

Absolutely! I love hearing ideas. Email me your suggestion — the best ones often make it into updates.

Are my data and privacy safe?

Yes! Most data stays on your device. I collect only anonymous usage stats to improve the apps. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

Will you add more content/updates?

Yes! I regularly add new features, stories (in creative apps), and improvements based on your feedback.
