Terms of Use – My Apps

Welcome! This Terms of Use applies to all mobile applications created by Jayesh Dhanesha. By downloading, installing, or using any of my apps, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the apps.

1. About My Apps

My apps are designed for entertainment, productivity, and utility purposes (such as storytelling, signal analysis, speed testing, etc.). All content and features are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. License to Use

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for personal entertainment and informational purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Free & Premium Features

Most apps are free to download and use. Some may display advertisements (via Google AdMob) to remain free. Certain apps offer premium features through in-app subscriptions managed by Apple and RevenueCat.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds except as required by law.

4. User Conduct – What You Cannot Do

You agree not to:

• Use the apps for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the apps
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Exploit the apps for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with the apps’ operation or servers

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All text, images, code, designs, and other content in the apps are owned by Jayesh Dhanesha or licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content outside the apps without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The apps may use third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob, RevenueCat). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. No Warranty

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, secure, or always available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the apps.

9. Termination

I may suspend or terminate your access to the apps at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of any app after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
