Privacy Policy – My Apps
Last updated: December 29, 2025
Thank you for using my apps! This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications created by Jayesh Dhanesha. I take your privacy very seriously and collect only the minimum data needed for each app to work properly.
1. General Principle
I do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, Apple ID, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable data unless explicitly stated below.
All data processing happens locally on your device whenever possible.
2. Data Collected Across All Apps
The following applies to every app I publish:
- Anonymous Analytics: I use Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand general usage patterns (e.g., which screens are popular, crash reports). This data is completely anonymous and cannot identify you.
- Device Information: Basic non-personal info like iOS version and device model — only to fix bugs and improve compatibility.
3. App-Specific Data Collection
Certain apps may collect additional data necessary for their core features:
- Location-Based Apps (e.g., tower locator or map tools):
With your permission, precise location is used to show nearby points of interest. This data is processed only on your device and is never stored or transmitted to my servers.
- Network & Signal Apps: Signal strength, network type, and carrier information are read from your device and displayed locally — no data is sent anywhere.
- Speed Test Apps: Download/upload speeds are measured locally — results stay on your device.
- Creative / Story Apps: All content you create (stories, messages, etc.) is stored only on your device.
4. Advertisements (AdMob)
Some apps display ads to keep them free. Ads are provided by Google AdMob:
- AdMob may collect: Advertising ID (IDFA), device type, OS version, and app usage patterns.
- Ads may be personalized based on your interests (if you allow tracking).
- You will see Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can deny tracking — you’ll still see ads, just less personalized.
- Full details: Google Privacy Policy
5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Some apps offer premium features via subscription:
- Payments are handled securely by Apple through the App Store.
- I use RevenueCat to manage subscription status (active/cancelled).
- I do not see or store any payment details — everything is processed by Apple.
- Only anonymous subscription status is shared with RevenueCat to unlock features.
- See: RevenueCat Privacy Policy
6. Third-Party Services
I use trusted third-party services with their own privacy policies:
7. Permissions
I only request permissions that are essential:
- Location: Only in apps that need it (e.g., tower finder) — you can deny it.
- No access to camera, microphone, contacts, or photos unless clearly needed and explained.
8. How to Control Your Data
- Delete any app → all local data is removed immediately.
- Reset Advertising ID: Settings → Privacy & Security → Advertising → Reset Advertising Identifier.
- Limit Ad Tracking: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Turn off Personalized Ads.
9. Children’s Privacy
My apps are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect data from children. If this happens, I will delete it immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will always be current. Continued use of any app means you accept the changes.
11. Contact Me
